The Best Time: Spring

Late spring — roughly April through June — is the ideal window for house washing in Missouri. Here's why it makes the most sense:

• Winter is over and pollen, mold, and algae that built up over winter get cleared in one visit
• Temperatures are mild — cleaning solutions work best between 50°F and 90°F
• You go into summer with a clean house that's ready for outdoor entertaining

Second Best: Early Fall
